We've been very happy with Mr. Rooter twice now. First time was with Anthony last year who worked on our sewer line replacement, and this year Austin who replaced our water heater. Both times they were professional, upfront and efficient.

Bobby was fantastic! He was polite, professional and explained everything well. He tried to use methods to keep my costs to a minimum. He took the time needed to make repairs correctly.

Love all the Neighborly companies. I have used them multiple times for services at my home. Always professional, on time and in an emergency came on a Sunday to work on my plumbing no extra charge and no extra charge for having to go in the crawl space either. Great company!

I had a backup in my plumbing. Noah came out and snaked the pipe from the clean out to the tank. He was out there for almost 4 hours, working the entire time. Freezing cold while snowing some of the time and he never gave up. Appears to be a great company with Noah being a great guy. I wouldn't let this guy go!
