I've used them about 3 times now in the past few years. Always able to come quickly. Always confirms the price before they do the work. They are very thorough and don't try to leave before being sure the job is complete and that we are satisfied. Kevon has been here twice and is super! Great attitude and really knows his stuff.

Great service 2 years ago, kept the number, and had them out again for an urgent matter — sump pump not working. Called late in the evening, came out the next day. Service guy was great. Had other concerns that he investigated for me. Swift would always be my first call.

Kevon was great. On 10/26 my water heater departed this life. Of course it was a Saturday. Kevon was at my house that morning, gave me some options, wound up going with a new one. He went and got it, installed it, took the old one, all in a timely and professional manner. Very happy. Recommend and would use again.

Our outside sump drainage goes into a retention ditch and was clogged. They blew out the pipe, cleaned out excess debris, marked the location for future reference, and reconfigured the outside pump configuration — all in less than an hour.
